Training at Furious Fitness is a different experience than training at mass gyms. Our studio provides an intimate, upscale training environment with an energetic atmosphere. We cap the number of clients in the studio at any given time so there is no overcrowding and no distractions —just a highly effective workout tailored to your needs, to help you meet, and exceed your goals.

By training with Furious Fitness you will benefit from dedicated one-to-one sessions, creating a unique dynamic with your personal trainer and allowing you to focus on one thing - your results. We'll conduct an initial physical analysis to create a program specifically tailored for you, taking into account current fitness, potential injuries, limitations and lifestyle. You will then be guided through an entire program of health and fitness development, which includes your training inside and outside the gym, your diet and stress management.

Personal training at Furious Fitness integrates a wide range of disciplines and methods to keep both body and mind challenged in a variety of ways. This includes options such as strength, mobility and stretching sessions, cardiovascular exercise and sports performance. You can choose to purchase sessions, packages or pay monthly, and, while we recommend you commit to at least three sessions a week, we're realistic about how day-to-day demands can impact on your schedule.

Designed to be progressive and challenging, the program will take you through all facets of fitness development, making sure that you are not just leaner, but also stronger, and more flexible.

PARTNER TRAINING / SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING / SMALL GROUP CLASSES

Train with a friend a partner, or a spouse – partner training / semi-private training is a great option for families and friends. Each person is doing their own personalized workout tailored to their unique goals. We also offer small group classes which are a great addition to your personal training program. Train with a small of group of no more than 5 people and get a highly effective workout.

 


IN-HOME PERSONAL TRAINING

Train in the comfort of your own home.

You live at the beach, why leave?! We will work with your schedule, whether you want to train at 5:00am or 9:00pm, we will come to you. Train at home, in your yard, or even at the beach, we specialize in developing training programs to fit your lifestyle. You will work one-on-one with nationally accredited, and certified Master Trainer Nicholas Fury, the founder of Furious Fitness. Nicholas Fury will bring an intense workout to the privacy of your own home at the convenience of your schedule.

NUTRITION PROGRAMMING

When you hear the word “diet” what is the first thing that comes to mind? If you’re like most people, you probably think about tiny portions and diet foods. Your nutrition program is NOT a diet. It is a guide. We will work together to develop a program that is specific to you, your goals and your food preferences. Your program is designed to be sustainable so you can incorporate it into your daily life.

Diet and nutrition are essential elements of a successful health and fitness program, we place as much emphasis on nutrition and diet as we do on personal training. It's important to understand the impact that diet has on your performance and how to maintain a healthy diet.

During your initial consultation, we will analyze your calorie and nutrient intake and do an overall health assessment. You will also be asked to track your food for a week. We will evaluate how your diet compares with what you should be eating to achieve real results. From there, we will address your strengths and weaknesses and create a nutrition plan.

Your nutrition plan will consist of:

Customized Menus / Meal Plans:
After we establish how many calories a day you should be eating, and define your target macros, we will develop customized menus based on your food preferences. The menus will be created from whole food portions of protein, vegetable, carbohydrate, and fat allowing you to prepare your foods from a wide variety of recipes.

Easy-To-Follow Guide:
We will develop a guide designed to assist you with incorporating your nutrition program into your daily life. Advice on how and why to track your food intake. Meal prep instructions with a master list for grocery shopping, and common nutrition pitfalls to look out for.  

Coaching:
Every week you will meet with your coach on Skype for a 15-60 minute check-in (you choose the duration) to discuss and document your progress and address any challenges you might be experiencing. Not only will these check-ins provide added accountability but they will give you an opportunity to ask any questions you might have.

Our Nutrition program can be either one-on-one counseling sessions in person, or online via Skype or Facetime.
